The phone is fastest: (828) 555-0119. Ten minutes usually settles whether you are looking at a line repair, a distribution box out of level, a dead pump, or a field that has to be replaced. An estimate costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Worth having ready when you dial: how many bedrooms the house has, roughly how old the system is, when it was last pumped, and how quickly the trouble came back afterward. Tell us whether the wet ground sits over the tank or out past it, and whether the alarm has sounded. None of it is required.
Hours: 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays we are closed.
Season: Cold ground rarely stops us here. Water does. A saturated site moves a dig, and a wet spring is exactly when marginal fields give up. We evaluate, design, and permit year round, then dig when the site is workable.
Service area: Asheville and Buncombe County, plus Madison and Henderson counties, including Leicester, Fairview, Candler, Swannanoa, Marshall, Mills River, Fletcher, and Weaverville.
Two boundaries worth stating up front. A routine tank cleanout is a job for a pump truck, and the pumpers around here are good and quick. A backup with dry ground outside, no alarm, and one fixture affected is interior drain work and belongs to a plumber.
If your field has already failed, understand the clock. This is permitted work and it moves on the county's schedule, not overnight. Cut water use hard in the meantime and get the tank pumped down to buy room while the paperwork runs.
